Philly’s Best Loyalty Program (Real Philly Rewards) Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Philly’s Best Rewards program you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to the terms, then do not participate in the program.

2. Eligibility

The Philly’s Best Rewards Program is open to all customers who are (13) years of age or older and who reside in the United States. Employees of Philly’s Best Cheesesteaks are not eligible to participate.

3. Enrollment

To enroll in the Loyalty Program, customers must register either in-store or through our online platform.
Upon successful registration, participants will receive a one-time Sign-up Reward of 25 Bonus Points. This sign-up bonus may be changed or added to at the sole discretion of Philly’s Best Rewards.

4. Earning Rewards

Participants will earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases at Philly’s Best Cheesesteaks. Catering, alcohol, gift card and merchandise purchases are excluded.
Points are automatically credited to your account upon completion of purchase.

5. Redeeming Rewards

Points can be redeemed according to the following redemption options: 150 Points can be exchanged for one Free Sandwich.
You must select the redeem option when making an online purchase or tell a team member that you would like to use your reward when ordering in-restaurant.

6. Birthday Offers

Participants will receive a $5 Off reward on their birthday, which can be used towards any eligible purchase at Philly’s Best Cheesesteaks.
The birthday reward is valid for 2 weeks from the date of issue.

7. Promotions

Philly’s Best Rewards may include additional promotional offers such as bonus points, double points events, dollars off purchases, and free item giveaways.
Promotions are subject to terms and conditions as specified during each promotional period.

8. Points Expiration

Points not redeemed within 12 months from the date they are earned may expire.
A period of inactivity longer than 12 months will result in the expiration of all accrued points.

9. General Conditions

Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Points are non-transferable and are credited to the account of the participant who made the original purchase.
Philly’s Best Rewards reserves the right to modify or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Philly’s Best Cheesesteaks is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the crediting of points or redemption of rewards. In no event shall Philly’s Best be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with participation in this program.
