Upon approval, Philly's Best will create and provide you with a digital flyer for your organization to distribute to your supporters. Flyer distribution must take place prior to your event. No flyers may be distributed at the restaurant at the time of the event. Flyers may be shown at the register via a mobile device. For each supporter who presents our custom flyer, Philly's Best will donate back 20% of the amount of the check (pre-tax and no alcohol) to your organization. Philly's Best can make no guarantees as to the amount contributed to your organization. The success of your fundraiser is dependent on your efforts in distributing flyers and encouraging participation from your supporters. A check will be issued to the organization (not organizer) and mailed to the address provided.
