Real Philly Rewards is our loyalty program that rewards you with points for your in-store and on online purchases, which can be redeemed for exciting rewards like free cheesesteaks and hoagies. Complete your profile by providing your birthday and email address to receive bonus offers and birthday rewards. The more you enjoy Philly’s Best, the more we reward you! Please note that Real Philly Rewards is not available through third-party delivery apps.
Real Philly Rewards is open to all customers who are 13 years of age or older and reside in the United States. Employees of Philly’s Best and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
If you were a member of our Phil eClub, you will continue to receive emails from Philly’s Best Cheesesteaks. You’ll even receive an email inviting you to join our new loyalty program. You will need to sign up for REAL PHILLY REWARDS using your phone number right here on our website, while visiting your favorite Philly’s Best location or when ordering online to start earning points towards real rewards!
You can check your Real Philly Rewards balance on our website at any time. Simply scroll up to the Redeem section and click on Check Balance. Enter your phone number, and you will receive a text with your point balance and a link to view your account. You can also view available rewards when placing an in-store or online order.
To join, complete the registration form through our website, during your online order, or in-store on our kiosks, by providing your phone number at the Point of Sale, or by scanning our convenient QR code on in-store signage. Once registered, you'll receive a one-time Sign-up Bonus of 25 Points, instantly applied toward a free cheesesteak or hoagie. After signing up, be sure to follow the link you receive by text and provide your email address and birthday to receive your Birthday Reward and other special offers.
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases at Philly’s Best when you provide your phone number in-store or log into your account when ordering online. Please note that catering, merchandise, alcohol purchases, third-party delivery orders, and sales tax do not earn points. Points will be credited to your account after each completed purchase.
Points are not earned on gift card purchases. However, when you pay with a gift card, points will be earned on any eligible purchase.
If you forget to link your Real Philly Rewards account when ordering in-store, you can request to add the points on the same day by contacting the restaurant from which you made your purchase. We cannot add points for orders placed through third-party delivery services or after the day of your purchase.
When you accumulate 150 points, you’ll have a Free Cheesesteak or Hoagie available for redemption. During your next in-store or online order, you can choose to redeem your free item. Please note, rewards are not available for redemption on third-party delivery platforms.
Yes! You'll receive a $5 Off Birthday Reward, which can be used on any eligible purchase during your birthday month. Be sure to add your birthday to your Real Philly Rewards profile to receive this offer.

Points will accumulate until you reach 150 points, at which time a Free Cheesesteak or Hoagie will be available for redemption. Points and rewards may expire after 12 months of inactivity, so be sure to use them regularly!
No, points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points are non-transferable and are credited to the account of the person who made the original purchase.
