The Orange County Business Journal, a leading publication covering businesses headquartered in Orange County, has announced its 16th annual Family Owned Business Award nominees which included Philly’s Best! The awards recognize top family owned companies that have distinguished themselves via their business accomplishments and contributions to the local community.
Philly’s Best was founded by native Philadelphians and husband and wife team, Bob and Andrea Levey, in 1992, when they couldn’t find a decent cheesesteak or hoagie after moving to Southern California. Starting with the first location in Fountain Valley, Philly’s Best has grown to over 20 stores throughout the region and has won awards for its authentic Philly food including Best Cheesesteaks in Los Angeles.
We are thrilled to be considered for such an amazing honor and are proud to be a family owned and operated business.
